Long Day

Sylvia had a speech and debate tournament today. They always make for long days and the tournament continues tomorrow.

One cool thing that happened today. We got autographed copies of Glenn Beck's new book. The man himself was at the brand new Books-A-Million here in Brandon for a book signing.

I had to teach this evening... I lost 2 students tonight. One because he and his family are moving to Atlanta. The other one is spending all of his time practicing his guitar and not doing his school work. So, his father pulled him out of lessons. What sucks is that he is one of my students that actually works, practices, and is trying to get better. I've only been teaching him for maybe a month and a half or two months and he's been making very good progress. I hope this will motivate him to get his grades up so he can continue taking lessons.

I'm tired and I need to eat something.
